Terms and Conditions:

  1. Acknowledgment of Risks: The Participant acknowledges that participating in the course involves the operation of a lamp and other equipment. While the risk is very low, there is a possibility, however small, that this could trigger seizures in individuals, including those with no previous history of seizures.

  2. Assumption of Risk: The Participant willingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the operation of the Lucia N°03 lamp and any other equipment used in the course, including but not limited to the risk of seizures.

  3. Release and Waiver of Liability: The Participant hereby releases, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Provider, Traveling Light LLC, its officers, agents, employees, and affiliates for any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, including death, or other consequences that may be sustained by the Participant or any third party in connection with or arising out of the operation of the Lucia N°03 lamp or participation in the course in any way.

  4. Content Disclaimer: The Participant acknowledges that the content provided in the training is intended to minimize risks associated with sessions with the Lucia N°03 lamp and is not to be construed as medical advice. It is recommended to get an official first aid training and insurance as a "Light Guide" before offering sessions to others. 

  5. Indemnification: The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from any act or omission of the Participant, or any injury or damage caused to others by the Participant in sharing the Lucia N°03 Light Experience with others.

  6. Entire Agreement: This document represents the entire agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, written or oral, on this subject.
